5 years of creative team recruitment and management experience, supervising more than 15 creatives since 2016. Engaging management style that keeps team driven and excited about their roles. I lean on SMEs for their ideas and solutions to the challenges at hand. While I stand by regular 1:1s as well as team check-ins to foster relationships and clear roadblocks, my motive is to discover the passions of each member to tailor projects and create opportunities for growth.

I thrive in a workflow that has a dedicated process to manage communication, cross-team collaboration and clear objectives (and have been known to create these when they are not already in place). I have worked in both waterfall and Agile environments and with various colleagues–permanent and contract–in engineering, product management, user research, customer success and learning roles.
